We fulfil and ship all our products ourselves from our H.Q in Cornwall, UK. We ship to the UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand via our website.

We aim to process orders on the same or the following business day sent within the UK using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.

For international orders we use Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 5-9 business days from when your order shipped. Once your order has reached the destination country it is then transferred to the national postal service, for example in the USA, this is USPS.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at £3.99 and is dependent on the overall weight of items in your cart. For customers in the U.S.A shipping fees are also inclusive of tariffs with DDP (delivery duty paid), so there are no additional fees from customs.

What are your shipping times?

2-3 business days anywhere in the UK from dispatch. 5-9 business days for the rest of the world.

Do you sell wholesale?

We sell some of our items wholesale. Please contact us directly on info@moonphasestudios.com including your website or social business links and we can discuss this directly with you.

What do I do if I think my item is lost?

If you have waited longer than our shipping times then please contact us asap on info@moonphasestudios.com . There is very little we can do once an item is in the postal system but we pride ourselves on great customer service and will do anything we can to assist you.

Can items be shipped to multiple addresses?

No, unfortunately not. We can only ship to one address on the order. If you want items to go to different addresses please place two separate orders.

Can I buy a pre-order item alongside other items on your website?

Yes you can BUT they will all be shipped together when pre-orders are fulfilled in September. If you want to receive an order that is live on our website now, please place a separate order for it so we can dispatch it straight away.

When does the 2027 pre-order campaign start and end?

Our pre-order campaign launches on the 22nd July 2027 and we intend to keep it running for 6-8 weeks depending on how well it is received. We do have the right to cease pre-orders at any time but will notify customers on our email list and on our social media channels.

When will pre-sale orders be shipped and how will I know when it is on its way?

We intend for pre-orders to be fulfilled around the start of September and to arrive with customers early October, at the very latest. You will receive a tracking email once we have sent your pre-order.

What if I change my mind about my pre order?

If you change your mind about placing your pre-order please contact us on info@moonphasestudios.com immediately.

What will the prices be after the pre-launch sale has ended?

Our “Buy Now” price for the 13 Moon Journal will increase from £36 to £39. The Signature Set will increase from £55 to £62. The Complete Moon Collection will increase from £99 to £120

Will you be selling the electronic version of the Journal as part of the pre order bundle?

No, the digital version of the 2026 journal will not be ready for sale until Autumn 2025 and will not be part of our pre-order offer.

How do I use the Venn Diagram?

The venn diagram combines three aspects of the lunar cycle ahead:

the current season and Moon feast name
the astrological stand point of the new moon (starting point)
the astrological stand point of the full moon (goal to work towards)

By considering these three things we can evaluate how the lunar cycle will begin and where it shall take us. The venn diagram allows a moment to brainstorm your intentions and goals for the month ahead.

What is the tracking box for?

The tracking box allows you to find any correlation between something personal to you and the moon’s phases. This could be a menstrual cycle, headaches, energy levels etc. It is also a great tool for those without a menstrual cycle, who can follow the moon’s phases to live in a cyclical rhythm.

What type of paper is it printed on?

The journal internal pages are 140gsm uncoated matt in Forest Society Certified paper. The binding is stitched, not glued for a premium writing experience.

When does the journal start/end?

The journal doesn’t follow the usual diary format; starts 20th December 2025 (the last new moon) and follows through all 13 Moon cycles ending on 24th December 2026.
