Stunning cover, illustrated end papers, good quality paper & useful info understanding sleep patterns. Have not tried the meditations yet. I expected more illustrations & mythology/ cultural references, related to dreams. The journal mostly consists of formatted pages for you to record dreams. No ribbon attached to act as bookmark. Dislike the trademark placed on the illustrated back cover, there are 3 pages inside the journal that already display this. Would like to see a revised & digital version of this done in a similar style to the 13 Moon Journal.
This will be my 3rd Moon Phase Journal, they just get better each year. Absolutely love the colours, and the contents, so much information and stunning illustrations. It feels like a lovely warm hug at the end of the day.

Worth the wait, worth the money and worth owning. To view this in person, was shocking…the gold detail, the book itself is like a dream, with how it changes colors as you move the book. The artwork is breathtaking! It also is educational, it covers sleep cycle stages, dream revelations and DREAM dictionary, so much more topics! All in one wonderful book! This journal was so needed…to ask what I did the day before the dream! All this plays a role in unveiling a true dreams meaning! Hands down the best!

I purchased the dream journal and the heron embroidered book sleeve. The journal has lots of space across multiple pages with prompts that actually make sense and flow well. The materials are top-notch and feel nice to the touch. The embroidery is large, ornate, and will done. The pouch fits the journal plus a novel plus a little room for extras. Shipping to Canada was reasonable, too. Thank you!
