We fulfil and ship all our products ourselves from our H.Q in Cornwall, UK. We ship to the UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand via our website.

Moon Phase Calendar

I love it although the gap between the bottom edge and the lowest writing is very small so it was tricky to attach the magnetic frame.
I love it though and can't wait for 2025 so I can keep track of the lunar events

A really useful addition to the beautiful moon phase poster. I'm super glad that I made this purchase to hang my poster as opposed to sticking it to the wall. This way, I can keep my poster in pristine condition. The hanger compliments the poster really well, and is made of good quality material.

Clear instructions meant it was easy to fit, and I think it looks great.
I may invest in the reusable hanger next time.

I love this calendar love the art work and I also find it very easy to decipher. I like the frame because I can now order a calendar each year and easily change them. It was very easy to assemble and goes beautifully on the wall above my bed and is a gorgeous feature as my walls are brilliant white which makes the calendar pop because it is so beautifully painted in vibrant shades and colours what can I say other than just love it ❤️👍

Perfect hanger

This is the perfect hanger for my moon poster - lightweight an easy to hang. I will also be able to re-use it next year. The top part had a slight flaw, but I was able to hide that!

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at £3.99 and is dependent on the overall weight of items in your cart. For customers in the U.S.A shipping fees are also inclusive of tariffs with DDP (delivery duty paid), so there are no additional fees from customs.

What are your shipping times?

2-3 business days anywhere in the UK from dispatch. 5-9 business days for the rest of the world.

Do you sell wholesale?

We sell some of our items wholesale. Please contact us directly on info@moonphasestudios.com including your website or social business links and we can discuss this directly with you.

What do I do if I think my item is lost?

If you have waited longer than our shipping times then please contact us asap on info@moonphasestudios.com . There is very little we can do once an item is in the postal system but we pride ourselves on great customer service and will do anything we can to assist you.

Can items be shipped to multiple addresses?

No, unfortunately not. We can only ship to one address on the order. If you want items to go to different addresses please place two separate orders.

Can I buy a pre-order item alongside other items on your website?

Yes you can BUT they will all be shipped together when pre-orders are fulfilled in September. If you want to receive an order that is live on our website now, please place a separate order for it so we can dispatch it straight away.

When does the 2027 pre-order campaign start and end?

Our pre-order campaign launches on the 22nd July 2027 and we intend to keep it running for 6-8 weeks depending on how well it is received. We do have the right to cease pre-orders at any time but will notify customers on our email list and on our social media channels.

When will pre-sale orders be shipped and how will I know when it is on its way?

We intend for pre-orders to be fulfilled around the start of September and to arrive with customers early October, at the very latest. You will receive a tracking email once we have sent your pre-order.

What if I change my mind about my pre order?

If you change your mind about placing your pre-order please contact us on info@moonphasestudios.com immediately.

What will the prices be after the pre-launch sale has ended?

Our “Buy Now” price for the 13 Moon Journal will increase from £36 to £39. The Signature Set will increase from £55 to £62. The Complete Moon Collection will increase from £99 to £120
