We fulfil and ship all our products ourselves from our H.Q in Cornwall, UK. We ship to the UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand via our website.

**Please note - due to the size and dimension of our products we may send them in separate shipments**

We aim to process orders on the same or the following business day sent within the UK using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.

For international orders we use Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 5-9 business days from when your order shipped. Once your order has reached the destination country it is then transferred to the national postal service, for example in the USA, this is USPS.

**Refund and return policy

As a small business we cannot offer free returns and will not supply a free returns label. However, should your item arrive damaged please contact us immediately and we will resolve your issue. Email us at info@moonphasestudios.com with photos of the damage within 14 days of receipt.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at £3.99 and is dependent on the overall weight of items in your cart. For customers in the U.S.A shipping fees are also inclusive of tariffs with DDP (delivery duty paid), so there are no additional fees from customs.

What are your shipping times?

2-3 business days anywhere in the UK from dispatch. 5-9 business days for the rest of the world.

Do you sell wholesale?

We sell some of our items wholesale. Please contact us directly on info@moonphasestudios.com including your website or social business links and we can discuss this directly with you.

What do I do if I think my item is lost?

If you have waited longer than our shipping times then please contact us asap on info@moonphasestudios.com . There is very little we can do once an item is in the postal system but we pride ourselves on great customer service and will do anything we can to assist you.

Can items be shipped to multiple addresses?

No, unfortunately not. We can only ship to one address on the order. If you want items to go to different addresses please place two separate orders.
